 We process orders quickly! If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us at support@ultracov.com within 12 hours of placing it. Once an order is processed, we cannot make changes.

🔹 Do you charge sales tax?

No — the price you see is the final price. We do not charge additional sales tax at checkout. All prices are tax-inclusive.

🔹 Where do you ship?

We currently ship to the USA, Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Denmark, France, Germany, Hong Kong SAR, Italy, Kuwait, Malaysia, Mexico, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, Austria, India, Indonesia, and the Philippines.

🔹 How long does shipping take?

Estimated delivery times:
- United States: 5–9 business days  
- Middle East: 5–9 business days  
- Europe: 6–10 business days  
- Canada & Australia: 6–11 business days  
- Rest of the World: 8–15 business days  

Orders are shipped Monday to Friday. Please allow 1–3 business days for processing.

🔹 What happens if my order is delayed or lost?

If your order is significantly delayed or lost, please contact us at support@ultracov.com for assistance.

🔹 What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us within 24 hours to update your address. Once shipped, we cannot make changes. If the order is returned due to an incorrect address, no reshipping arrangement will be made.

🔹 What is your return policy?

You can return eligible items within 30 days of receiving them. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

🔹 What items are not eligible for return?

- Screen protectors (if opened or used)  
- Cleaning kits (if opened or used)  
- Wireless earbuds or headphones (if opened or used)  
- Final Sale items (clearly marked on the product page)

🔹 How do I return a product?

1️⃣ Contact us at support@ultracov.com with your order number and reason for return  
2️⃣ Once approved, we will provide return instructions  
3️⃣ Ship the item back to:

within 7 days of approval.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

🔹 When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. You'll receive a confirmation email once your refund is issued. check our refund policy.

🔹 What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

Please email us within 7 days of delivery at support@ultracov.com with clear photos of the product and packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or refund as needed.
