Return Policy

At UltraCov, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return under the conditions outlined below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
✔ The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
✔ The return request must be made within 30 days of receiving the order.
✔ The item must be in resellable condition with all accessories included.
✔ Items that are damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear will not be accepted.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items:
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on the following:
- Screen protectors (if opened or used)
- Cleaning kits (if opened or used)
- Wireless earbuds or headphones (if opened or used)
- Final Sale items (clearly marked on the product page)
2. How to Initiate a Return
If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps:
1️⃣ Contact Us:
Email us at support@ultracov.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos.
2️⃣ Approval & Return Instructions:
Once approved, we will confirm your return request and provide you with further instructions. The return must be sent to the following address:

3️⃣ Ship the Item:
You must return the item within 7 days after your request is approved. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
3. Return Shipping & Costs
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective item).
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we are not responsible for lost or delayed returns.
- No reshipping arrangements will be made for parcels returned due to incorrect shipping addresses, incomplete addresses, or if the recipient is unavailable.
4. Return Processing Time
- Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for inspection.
- If your return is approved, you will receive an email confirmation.
- Refunds will be processed as per our Refund Policy.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@ultracov.com.
📸 Attach clear photos of the product and packaging to expedite the process.
For damaged items, you may be eligible for:
✔ A replacement (subject to stock availability)
✔ A partial refund
6. Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.
