Return Policy

At UltraCov, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return or exchange under the conditions outlined below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

🔁 Items must be in new, unused condition. Items that show signs of use or wear will not be accepted.

✔ The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging
✔ The return or exchange request must be made within 30 days of receiving the order
✔ The item must be in resellable condition with all accessories included
✔ Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear are not accepted


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on the following:

  • Screen protectors (if opened or used)
  • Cleaning kits (if opened or used)
  • Wireless earbuds or headphones (if opened or used)
  • Final Sale items (clearly marked on the product page)

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

1️⃣ Contact Us:
Email us at support@ultracov.com with your order number, reason for return or exchange, and photos (if applicable).

2️⃣ Approval & Instructions:
Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item to:

3️⃣ Ship the Item:
Return the item within 7 days after your request is approved. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.


3. Return Shipping & Costs

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item)
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service
  • Return labels are not provided. Customers must obtain and pay for their own return label
  • No reshipping arrangements will be made for parcels returned due to incorrect/incomplete addresses or if the recipient is unavailable

4. Return & Exchange Processing Time

  • Once we receive your return, please allow 5–7 business days for inspection
  • If approved, we will proceed with the refund or exchange as per your request
  • Refunds will be processed as per our Refund Policy
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@ultracov.com with photos of the product and packaging.

You may be eligible for:

✔ A replacement (if available)
✔ A partial refund
✔ An exchange (subject to stock availability)


6. Exchanges

We accept exchanges for eligible items in new and unused condition. To request an exchange:

  • Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order
  • Indicate the item you’d like in exchange (e.g., different color or model)
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability
  • If the requested item is unavailable, we may offer an alternative or issue a refund

Please note: Return shipping costs apply for exchanges unless the item was received defective or incorrect.
