Refund Policy

At UltraCov, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please review our refund policy below.


1. Eligibility for a Refund

You may request a refund under the following conditions:

✔️ Your order was never delivered within the estimated timeframe.
✔️ You received a defective or damaged item (proof required).
✔️ You received the wrong item from what was ordered.
✔️ A refund request is made within 30 days from the delivery date.


2. Non-Refundable Situations

🚫 Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:

  • The tracking shows "Delivered", but you claim non-receipt. (Contact the carrier for further assistance.)
  • The item was damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or accidental damage.
  • Returns due to a change of mind (unless covered under our return policy).
  • The customer provided an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.
  • Delays caused by customs clearance or unforeseen logistics issues.

3. How to Request a Refund

If you meet the refund criteria, follow these steps:

1️⃣ Contact Us:
Email us at support@ultracov.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A detailed explanation of your refund request
  • Photos or videos as proof (for defective/damaged items)

2️⃣ Approval & Processing:
Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.


4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please:
Check your bank account for pending transactions.
Contact your credit card company (refunds may take time to reflect).
Reach out to your bank, as processing times vary.

If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, email us at support@ultracov.com for further assistance.


5. Refund Method

All refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • 💳 Credit/Debit Card Payments: Refunds may take 5-10 business days.
  • 🏦 PayPal Payments: Refunds are usually processed within 24-48 hours.

🚨 We do NOT offer refunds in the form of cash, store credit, or gift cards.


6. Order Cancellations

📌 Can I cancel my order after purchase?

  • Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, the order is already being processed and cannot be canceled.
  • If you missed the cancellation window, you can return the item under our Return Policy once received.
