Refund Policy

At UltraCov, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please review our refund policy below.
1. Eligibility for a Refund
You may request a refund under the following conditions:
✔️ Your order was never delivered within the estimated timeframe
✔️ You received a defective or damaged item (photo proof required)
✔️ You received the wrong item from what was ordered
✔️ A refund request is made within 30 days from the delivery date
✔️ You returned an eligible item under our Return Policy and it was approved for a refund after inspection
✔️ You requested an exchange, but the requested replacement item was out of stock
2. Non-Refundable Situations
🚫 Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:
- The tracking shows "Delivered," but you claim non-receipt (please contact the carrier)
- The item was damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or accidental damage
- You changed your mind and the return is not accepted under our Return Policy
- The shipping address provided was incorrect or incomplete
- Delays caused by customs or other logistics issues beyond our control
3. How to Request a Refund
If you meet the refund criteria, please follow these steps:

- Your order number
- A detailed explanation of your refund request
- Photos or videos as proof (if applicable)
2️⃣ Approval & Processing:
Once approved, your refund will be processed within 7 calendar days to the original payment method.
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please: ✔ Check your bank account
✔ Contact your credit card company (it may take time to reflect)
✔ Contact your bank, as processing times vary

5. Refund Method
All refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
💳 Credit/Debit Card Payments: Refunds may take up to 5 business days to reflect depending on your bank
🏦 PayPal Payments: Refunds usually appear within 24–48 hours
🚨 We do not offer refunds in the form of cash, store credit, or gift cards.
6. Order Cancellations
📌 Can I cancel my order after purchase?
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, your order is processed and cannot be canceled. If you've missed the cancellation window, you may still request a return or exchange after receiving your item — please refer to our Return Policy.
